You can set up a return for most new and unused products within 30 days of delivery. For more details, please review our Standard Return Policy.

You have 30 minutes from order placement for us to attempt to cancel an order. Please note that your order may begin processing immediately after order placement, and it may not be possible to cancel the order after that time. On your MyAccount page, click the Cancel Order button.

Our product information is provided by our suppliers and is complete to the best of our knowledge. We do not have additional details aside from what is listed on the product page

Generally, any order that comes in before noon ships out the same day. However, It may take additional time for your item to leave the warehouse due to efforts to comply with social distancing government guidelines. We are working diligently to ship all orders and will update you with tracking information via email and in the My Account section of our website once available.

We cannot edit an order or shipping address after submitting the order. You may cancel the order within 30 minutes of placing it and replace it with the correct information. If your item has shipped and you need an address correction, we recommend using a carrier-provided service like UPS MyChoice or FedEx Delivery Manager to update your address or make delivery arrangements directly through the carrier.

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email that will include an estimated shipment date(s) based on the delivery method selected when the order was placed.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier’s website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once it’s in transit.
Note: It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on the UPS, FedEx, or USPS sites
